Damaged Packages

  2. Send the Picture: Email the picture to us at info@qtcutters.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Wait for Instructions: After reviewing the picture, we will provide you with instructions on the next steps.

Please be aware that we will not be able to file a complaint, issue a refund, or reship the product if the picture is not provided before opening the package.
